IMAPS Configuration

Follow the step by step instructions below to successfully configure Outlook 2003 (shown here) on your computer using the IMAPS protocol.

1) Before we start:

• We will be configuring your GridWay Hosted Exchange E-mail account from the Windows Control Panel, so you must Exit Outlook if it is running
• Outlook will be configured using the IMAPS protocol which does require a number of setting changes to be made
• The instructions will be given in a series of windows, after each step, click 'Next' in the instruction window
